APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

1. Applications are available online beginning September 1

2. Applications MUST BE RECEIVED prior to november 1. Applications received after the deadline will be processed, However students will be placed in a waiting pool for consideration.

3. Requests for exception to the age requirements must be submitted in writing to the Director for consideration by the Admissions Committee.

4. A complete application includes:

   • Completed applicant questionnaire;

   • A copy of the birth certificate (state-issued or legal equivalent);

   • $60 application fee;

   • Your Child’s Personal Statement sent to admissions@stclem.com; and

   • A Teacher Reference Report from the previous teacher if the applicant attended school prior to St. Clement’s School. Download form

5. Admissions will not process incomplete applications.
