APPLICATION
Applications are available online beginning September 1. COMPLETED Applications MUST BE RECEIVED BY november 1. Applications can still be submitted after the deadline of November 1, but students will be placed in a waiting pool for consideration.
The application fee is $60.00.

Student applicant(s) must be born between Jan. 1, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2023 to be age eligible for our 2026-2027 school year.
School Tour
A school tour is mandatory to your child’s application. During our school tour, information regarding our school’s organization, philosophy and operations will be shared. A Walking tour of classrooms and school campus will also be included.
An in-person School tour for our 2026-2027 school year will be held on monday, november 10, 2025. To RSVP for this tour use this link.
A Make-up School Tour will be held virtually on Monday, December 22, 2025. To RSVP for this please email us at admissions@stclem.com.
Our in-person School tour and make-up School tour are after our due date of October 31, please submit your child’s application prior to our due date if you want them to be considered.
Observations
All applicants who meet the application deadline are observed in January. observations are conducted for all grade levels. All applicants are observed in small group activities. A team of teachers evaluates the applicant’s developmental readiness demonstrated during the observation periods. This includes social-emotional behavior, verbal ability, comprehension, and cooperation.
ACCEPTANCE
Notification letters are mailed in the spring. Applicants who appear to be developmentally ready, participate in the random drawing to fill available spaces determined by student-teacher ratio and gender balance. After the initial drawing, others who were deemed developmentally ready may be placed in a wait pool. Replacements from the wait pool may be made at any time prior to the first day of school.
The acceptance deposit is required to hold the space for enrollment.
Provide a current Health Form 14
Be toilet trained at the time of school entry.

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.: $21,087/yr
7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: $15,185/yr
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: $20,299/yr
FINANCIAL AID
This school year, 15% of the student population received financial assistance through the school. Financial aid may be requested by submitting a completed application form that will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee. The submission of proof of income or other pertinent documentation is required. Applications must be requested at the time of registration.
