When does the event start, and what should I wear? Saturday, January 30, 2027 at 5:00 PM at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. Attire is garden party formal.
I would like to hui or partner with another family or families to purchase a table. Can all of us claim a tax deduction? With the exception of Light and Full Bloom table purchases ($10,000 and $15,000), which include up to two (2) donation acknowledgment letters, we are only able to provide one (1) donation acknowledgment letter per table purchase.
I would like to hui or partner with another family or families to purchase a table. Can all of us be entitled to the sponsorship benefits? Only one (1) set of benefits will be issued. Please reference the table benefits for details per benefit.
Can I pay for my table or tickets via credit card? Due to the high cost of credit card processing fees, we are only able to accept checks as payment. Please submit one (1) check per table—no exceptions. We also ask that only one (1) registration form be submitted per table.
How can I submit my form and payment? Please submit your registration form online or by printing a physical form. All table payments must be completed offline via Backpack Express, mail (St. Clement's School, 1515 Wilder Ave, Honolulu, HI 96822) or in person to the St. Clement's School Office.
What happens if the event sells out before I can register? We will do our best to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend—priority will be given to current school families. However, seating is limited. If the event sells out and interest exceeds our capacity, we may only be able to offer admission without dedicated seating. In that case, you will be notified before your registration and payment are accepted.

We encourage you to register early to ensure confirmed seating. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
