St. Clement’s School accepts children without regard to race, color, religion or national origin. Applications are available online beginning September 1 or can be picked up in the school office. Applications MUST BE RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED BY november 1.

The application fee is $50.00.
parents of applicants are required to attend a School Tour. Tours are offered Tuesdays from 8:30-9:15 a.m. during the months of september through november. Space is limited, please call the school office at (808) 949-2082 to schedule your appointment.

All applicants who meet the December deadlines are interviewed in January or February. interviews are conducted for all grade levels. All applicants are observed in small group activities.  An interview team evaluates the applicant’s developmental readiness demonstrated during the observation periods.  This includes social-emotional behavior, verbal ability, comprehension, and cooperation


Notification letters are mailed in the spring.  Applicants who appear to be developmentally ready, participate in the random drawing to fill available spaces determined by student-teacher ratio and gender balance.  After the initial drawing, others who were deemed developmentally ready may be placed in a wait pool.  Replacements from the wait pool may be made at any time prior to the first day of school.

  • The acceptance deposit is required to hold the space for enrollment.

  • Provide a current Health Form 14

  • Be toilet trained at the time of school entry.

Priority status becomes effective only after interviews are completed and the applicant is deemed developmentally ready.  Priority is accorded to:

  • Current school families and those with siblings who have attended within the past five years.

  • Active members of the Parish of St. Clement. Parents must request written confirmation from the Parish Rector.

  • St. Clement’s School staff.

7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.: $16,895/yr (Includes both Before & After School Programs) 

7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.:  $12,402/yr

7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: $16,237/yr (Includes After School Program)

7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.: $5/day (Before School Program drop-in fee)


This school year, 15% of the student population received financial assistance through the school. Financial aid may be requested by submitting a completed application form that will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.  The submission of proof of income or other pertinent documentation is required.  Applications must be requested at the time of registration.
