APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Applications are available online beginning September 1
Applications MUST BE RECEIVED by november 1. Applications received after the deadline will be processed if interview spaces become available.
Requests for exception to the age requirements must be submitted in writing to the Director for consideration by the Admissions Committee.
A complete application includes:
- Completed applicant questionnaire;
- A copy of the birth certificate (state-issued or legal equivalent);
- $60 application fee; and
- Teacher Reference Report from the previous teacher if the applicant attended school prior to St. Clement’s School. Download form
Admissions will not process incomplete applications.
